  2. Outgrow bicycle, be it by size or by skill level
  3. Trade bicycle in towards a new bicycle within 2 years for adults or 3 years for kids
  4. Receive 30 - 60% of the original purchase towards your new bicycle
  5. Ride and Repeat!
